The Stage-top Incubator System T is an incubator system developed to meet the cell culture environmental conditions required for live cell imaging. It provides a "cell-friendly" temperature, humidity, pH, and gas environment for long-term cell culture.
Warm air and CO2 envelop the observation dish, making the living cells feel like they're in a hot spring.
There is a correlation between the supply fan inlet temperature, culture medium temperature, and outlet temperature of the warm air supply box. Therefore, this relationship equation will be determined during the performance tests conducted for each unit in the factory and stored in the control unit. During cell observation in the laboratory, the culture medium temperature will be calculated and displayed using this relationship equation based on the supply fan inlet temperature and outlet temperature. The control unit will adjust the supply fan inlet temperature to ensure that the displayed temperature matches the observation set temperature. This has achieved a temperature setting error of ±1.0°C or less.
